Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide, however shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself.

Exact shipping speeds and prices are calculated during checkout, though it can take up to 28 days for your order to be shipped to you from the time you place your order.

Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds are only offered if the item is damaged, defective, or lost in transit. For damaged or defective items, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the item being received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Before returning a product please contact [email protected] to explain the issue, including your:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Photo(s) of product defects/damage, or an explanation of the issue

If we agree that you’re entitled to a refund on your item, we’ll cover return shipping fees.

We don’t exchange items.
